Squad is multi-agent AI for everyday people: a persistent team of AI members in one group chat. They plan, book, remind and run life's admin, talk to each other, and ask you only when it matters.
Every thread is a team, not a bot. Mention @Nori and she takes it; say nothing and the lead routes it. You watch it happen: ticks, handoffs, and the steps behind every answer.
Spending over your limit? Squad asks first. One tap, decided. Group calls like taco night become a poll the whole squad (and Sam) can settle.
A morning brief of what was handled overnight, what failed, and the one thing that needs you. A weekly card that shows the squad earning its keep: hours saved, decisions made.
Squad works through your own accounts, writes down every action it takes, and shows you the energy it spent. Once an app is connected, the members who need it can use it: by default they read without asking and ask you before they change anything, and you can adjust that member by member.
The Work tab shows what every member is doing right now: the step they are on, what is queued, and what just cleared. Long jobs follow you out of the app as a Live Activity.
Every member has a desk of their own: somewhere to read what you send, work it out, and make things. A photo of a receipt comes back as a spreadsheet. A statement comes back as a chart. A question about the world comes back with the page they read. You never see the desk, only what lands in the chat.
Talk it through instead of typing it out. The floor rotates naturally, the speaker is always visible, and the call follows you home to the Dynamic Island and the Lock Screen.
A native macOS app with the full chat, calls in a floating island you can drag anywhere, and a Notion-style command center. Press โK and search everything.
They know your tastes, your schedule, and each other. Add more from the Market whenever life grows.
Nine phrases in Squad Chat set the whole squad off, each member in their own voice. Only the exact words do it, so โteam meeting on Thursday, book itโ still gets booked.
The roast only knows how you use the app, like approvals you let lapse. Never what you wrote, spent or remembered.
Every specialist is free. Tap them to try your lineup: money and travel today, with home projects, paperwork, health and pets on the way.
Squad is a persistent team of AI specialists that live in one group chat. Each member owns an area of your life, from your schedule to food, errands, money and travel, and they hand work between themselves the way colleagues do, so you describe what you need once instead of briefing a new assistant every time.
A single assistant starts every conversation from nothing. Squad's members keep their own memory and ownership, so the member who plans your meals already knows you dislike cilantro, and the one who keeps your calendar already knows Thursday is tight. When a request spans several areas, they coordinate and come back with one answer rather than making you run the project.
Only what you allow. Every external action passes through a permission layer with three settings per capability: allow, ask, or deny. Reading your calendar can be automatic while booking anything asks first, and limits can differ per member. Anything unconfigured always asks.
Yes. Every action a member takes is recorded in a log you can read: which member acted, what they did, whether a standing rule allowed it or you approved it, and what happened. Actions that were blocked by a rule or a spending limit appear there too.
Calendars, email, reminders, contacts and files, through connections you authorize once and can revoke at any time. You choose which specific calendars or mailboxes each connection exposes, and you can change what any member may do with them.
Squad is coming to iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. The desktop apps carry the full squad chat, a floating call bar and a command palette; the phone apps add notifications, voice calls and widgets.
The five founding members are free. Additional specialists from the market are individually priced, and a subscription raises the daily limits on how much work your squad can take on.
A few. Type "Assemble the Squad" in Squad Chat and every member checks in. Try "Roast me", "Fire Finn" or "Who's in charge?" and the squad plays along, each member in their own voice. They are scripted bits that only answer the exact phrase, so they never get in the way of a real request, and the roast only draws on how you use the app, never on what you wrote, spent or remembered. Members also have running jokes with each other that surface once in a while, and there are badges nobody lists. You earn them by finding them.
Squad is in beta on iPhone, with Android and Mac to follow. Get on the list and meet your specialists first.
